All your assistance requests will be replied to in maximum 60 min after the trouble ticket or e–mail has been submitted. If your issue calls for additional assistance from a server admin, we will forward the ticket or the e–mail to the person in charge, in a timely manner then leave a note to notify you that more time will be required for reaching a solution. And if you take advantage of the Managed Servers package, any of the server management tasks included there will be performed whenever you decide.
A First–Rate Customer Support Service
Our customer support team will be online for you 24x7x365 if you require help working with our Online Control Panel or with any of the apps that we pre–install for your convenience on the server. What is more if you require assistance tackling all the daily admin tasks on your server, you can order the Managed Servers package, that includes data backup hard disk drive space, Operating System updates every week, software installation and problem troubleshooting procedures, server monitoring and rebooting services, etcetera.

Every dedicated server is fitted out with our free Online Control Panel, which offers an elaborate knowledgebase plus a collection of how–to video tutorials. Whenever you require assistance with the Online Control Panel, just press the Help or Videos buttons located in the top right corner.
